Qualitative Study on Level of Poverty in Africa in the 21st Century: Causes, Challenges and Way Forwards

The paper examines poverty in Africa in 21st century and in Nigeria in particular. The paper highlights the causes of poverty such as poor governance, insecurity, diseases and climate change. It looks at the challenges of poverty such as inflation hunger, malnutrition, crime and other social vices. The paper offers various ways of minimizing poverty in Africa to include, agricultural revolution and biotechnology. The paper also highlighted the impact of Africa Russia summits to developing nations it heighted some of the advantages and disadvantages of hydroscopic farming. At the 78th United Nations General Assembly World leader’s calls in more attention in areas like education, Job-creation hunger climate change and poverty reduction
